Malaysian born, Ding Hong Sing the founder of P.A. Food Sdn Bhd is the origin from Fu Zhou. Fu Zhou people are famous to known as the Chinese “PAU” baker in Malaysia. In early period, “PAU” was the only “Chinese Dim Sum” in consumer mind set.
With Ding Hong Sing great enthusiasm in entrepreneurship, he decided to venture and expand the “PAU” market as an international business hence he resigned from the Japanese Company and focus in having to work up the corporate ladder as an entrepreneurship.
